Our team

Marek Vrbický graduated from Charles University, the Faculty of Law in Prague in 1996. During his studies at the Law School he took part in a long-term placement in a Canadian law firm Mitchell Gattuso SENC. Besides, he is graduated from Czech Technical University, the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, majoring in economics and management.

He has devoted legal advice since 1997, and as an attorney with the Czech Bar Association has been registered since 2001. He became a member of our team in our office in 2014, before he gained a wealth of practical experience both in the larger Czech law firms and also as an independent lawyer.

His practice is primarily engaged in the business of obligatory law and other civil liabilities, including real estate law, but he also has extensive experience representing clients in litigation and arbitration of civil proceedings and also in representing clients in administrative proceedings (especially in telecommunications) . He also focuses on corporate law, education law and copyright law, focusing on software and has experience with international trade law.

He speaks Czech, English and Russian.
