Our team

He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Charles University in Prague in 1993. He subsequently completed postgraduate doctoral studies in the field of private law at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague, where he deraigned his dissertation on the topic of personality protection in the framework of civil law legislation. After passing the Judicial exam in 1996, he gained his professional experiences as a judge while he was mainly involved in deciding matters of civil, commercial, family, labour and enforcement law, both at the court of first instance and at the court of appeal. As a part of his teaching activities, he worked for the Judicial academy and he focused on the law of decision enforcement and execution and on the organization and optimalization of court´s work.

He has been working in the team of Pavela Law Office since 2022 as a legal advisor, he mainly focuses on consulting on dispute resolution in the field of civil, commercial, family, labour and execution, as in proceedings before courts, as well as before other state authorities. In the field of civil law, he also deals with legal relations to real estate, co-ownership, compensation for damage and relations of obligations (purchase contract, locatio operis). In the field of family law, he also deals with the complex solution of matrimonial law issues, divorces, adjustment of relations with minor children, property settlement after divorce, etc. In the field of labour law, he is also involved in the preparation of complex labour law documentation, legal assistance for clients in their negotiations in labour relation and related disputes.
