Our team

Mgr. Filip Fuksa graduated from Charles University, The Faculty of Law in Prague in 2013. During his studies he completed an internship in the Civil Division and the Criminal Division of the district Court, an internship in Public Prosecutor’s Office and he gained experience in the office of Insolvency Trustee.

He has provided legal advisory since 2014 and has been registered as an attorney at law with the Czech Bar Association since 2017. Before joining Pavela law firm, he spent 4 years in leading law firm in Pardubice, providing legal service in many branches of law.

His main activities are providing legal services in the areas of civil and commercial law. Within commercial law, he concentrates on corporate law (especially limited liability companies and joint stock companies) and commercial contracts. Within civil law, he concentrates on real estate law and enforcing obligations. He also focuses on litigation and representing clients in proceedings before the courts. He has experience in family law (especially in divorce and settlement of marital property), criminal law and insolvency law.

He speaks Czech and English.
